  • If an item requires additional handling time (e.g., handcrafted or made-to-order products), it will be mentioned on the product page.

Please note: Orders are not processed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.

5. Delivery Attempts

The courier will attempt delivery 1–3 times.
If the delivery is not completed due to receiver unavailability, wrong address, or phone not reachable:

  • The order may be returned to sender or delivery may be delayed.
  • Additional re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

We work closely with our shipping partners to avoid delays.
However, if your package is delayed or lost due to courier or customs issues, we will:

  • Raise a complaint with the logistics partner, and
  • Keep you fully informed throughout the resolution process.

7. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.
  • These charges vary by country and are not included in the product or shipping price.
